How frequently does the system check for parking tickets?
Currently, the system checks for parking tickets every 24 hours.
How are clients notified when a ticket is found?
Clients receive notifications via email each time a citation is detected.
What types of citations can Ticket Monitor handle?
The Ticket Monitor can currently search for, notify about, and accept payments for all types of parking citations.
Why might there be missing information on a ticket?
The information on a ticket is extracted from the ticket issued to the parker, and we capture all available information.
How do I delete a vehicle from the system?
To delete a vehicle, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Vehicles" tab.
- Click the search button for the vehicle you wish to delete.
- A modal window will open displaying more information about the ticket.
- Locate the delete button and click on it to remove the vehicle from the fleet.
How can I find parking tickets for a specific vehicle?
To find parking tickets for a particular vehicle, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Vehicles" tab.
- Click the search button for the vehicle you want to check for parking tickets.
- A modal window will open displaying more information about the ticket.
- Find the refresh button and click on it to manually search for parking tickets associated with the vehicle. Once the progress bar reaches 100%, it will display any violations found for that particular vehicle.
How do I add a vehicle to the Ticket Monitor?
To add a vehicle, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Vehicles" tab.
- Click the "+" button on the right-hand side of the screen.
- A modal window will open with options to input information and upload.
- You can input information manually if you're adding 1-3 vehicles. For more than that, we recommend downloading the CSV file, inputting the information in that format, and then uploading it.
- After clicking the create button, the vehicle will be added to the list.
How can I upgrade my plan?
To upgrade your plan, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Payment" tab in the menu.
- In the plan section, click on the "Upgrade" button.
- Select the plan and tier you wish to upgrade to.
- Confirm the new plan, and you're all set!
How do I change my payment method for ticket payments?
- To change your payment method for ticket payments, follow these steps:
- Click the "+" button in the "Payments" tab.
- A modal window will open, asking for the new payment method.
- Add the payment information, and you're all set!
How do I cancel my plan?
If you've purchased a yearly plan and want to cancel the renewal, go to the "Payment" tab on the menu bar. In the plan section, there's a cancel button that you can click to cancel your yearly subscription.
What's the difference between "Total Amount" and "Total Amount Payable" on the dashboard?
"Total Amount Due" is the total amount for all tickets, while "Total Amount Payable" represents the total amount for all tickets that require payment.
What do "Paid" and "MF Paid" mean?
"Paid" indicates that the ticket has been paid, while "MF Paid" means that the user used the Ticket Monitor platform to pay the ticket.
Can I appeal a parking ticket through the Ticket Monitor platform?
No, the Ticket Monitor platform is designed for quick payment of parking tickets and does not provide solutions for appealing tickets.
How can I find issuing authority information?
Issuing authority information is displayed on the receipts for the tickets, which are emailed to you once you make the ticket payment.
Where can I access older receipts and invoices?
You can access your receipts and invoices in your email inbox, as they are emailed to you when the payment is processed. Additionally, you can find this information in the "Payment" tab.
How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel it.
